Oil temp OBD

Default Oil temp OBD
Does anyone know whether there is an oil temp readout when connected via generic OBD? I want to get a guage so I can keep an eye on the oil temp on the track.

I think there is an oil sensor.

The logs/live gauges from my BMS JB4 show oil temp so it's getting a reading through the OBDII connection. I haven't tried a more generic OBD II reader but I don't see why it would be different.

Thanks. I found a BT OBD scanner and oil temp isn't available but it's good to know some readers can pull it.

Actually you are right, I saw the option there for oil temp but now that I actually logged while driving, it didn't pull any data for that PID.
