I googled it. Part number 08813-00840 came up. Could be Chevron Techron concentrated Fuel System cleaner but in a different wrapper.

If I’m not mistaken, this is Chevron Techron’s fuel injector cleaner just rebranded “Lexus” and up charged a premium price. So save yourself some money and just buy Chevron Techron.
