Too many miles?
Hello! New member here, and potential GS350 owner. I've found a 2015 model that I really like but it has 66000 miles on it. The car is an extremely clean, one owner that I can pick up for 22k. Is there any reason to avoid one with that many miles? I've found several that have 35-50k but they are in most cases at least 1500$ more. I currently drive an out of warranty Cayenne S and it's about to eat me alive in repairs.
Would the knowledgeable members of this forum avoid what seems to me for its age, high mileage? Anything about 2015 models I should be wary of or pay extra attention to? The car looks incredible and I love the way it drives. What do you think of that price?

See if the current own or Lexus has documentation
of scheduled maintenance. You may also want to see what the 70-75k mile maintenance schedule requires. There are some costly ones that do come up. Also want to make sure you're not due tires and/or brakes soon. Tires for the F-Sports are crazy expensive. Brakes on these cars are DIY, but can be expensive if you don't DIY. The only expensive repair I needed before 50k miles was 1 strut was leaking. Pretty common on F-Sport models. Mine was done under warranty at 45k miles.
Does seem like a good price for a 2015. I've got 49k on my F-Sport 2013 RWD and I'd expect to get in the $22-25k range if I sold it....which I'm not. Love the car.

Thats a little bit high for a 3yr old car - but not high mileage for a 4GS in general. I wouldn't be concerned about it - just check brakes/tires/rotors/leather condition. See if the 60k service was done - if not, then thats where I would start. Thats a great price and if everything checks out mechanically, its a go!
