I’m going to contact them first and see what they say. If they want me to pay return shipping and don’t want to make it right, I put it on my credit card so I can dispute it and deal with eBay and PayPal..
I really wanted the bumper to work..boredom has set in with this car and it might be going up for sale soon..

That sucks! I so wanted this to succeed for you and everyone here who wanted to do this. Are you positive you don't need to remove some of that foam to line it up further?

Yeah take the entire foam piece off and see how it fits. It's removable

I bet the crash bar is the same, just a different piece of foam.

I removed everything that was in the way. You can see in the pics the foam piece is gone. The brake ducts are also removed. Everything that was close to hitting was removed..still no dice.

Damn I was going to order this bumper but that gap from the hood and bumper is an eyesore. Maybe a legit body shop can mess with it?

I got it to line up close as I said..but I don’t know how I would be able to keep it there without brackets or some heavy modifying.

Can you take a picture of how it looks from the front? I want to see how it looks without being zoomed in.

Please update us.
Did the seller offer a solution to the fitment problems or are you in the process of getting your money back?

I did see a post of a guy who received his aimgain bumper totally mangled from the shipping on a pallet. They put another on on order for him so another long wait. I haven't seen an installed one from any members on this forum yet. Just a few installed pictures from the vendor, but that's as good to me as the eBay pics of this bumper that shows a perfect fit.

Long wait is definitely right. I'm in month 5 and I finally got an email saying they are "ready" to ship the bumpers (front and rear). So...2 more months to get it to the shop, fit, and paint? But i'll definitely post some pics!
