Trying to put LEDs in place of a standard bulb that flashes causes the hyper-flash because of change in resistance. You'll need something that comes with a load resistor that will "fool" your factory ECU or the electrical system to think the load is still the same with the low-draw LEDs you're tryin' to use. No solution will be fully plug and play bc you'll still need to mount the resistors/ground them to any metal part of the frame...Did your eBay bulbs come with resistors?

iJDMToy makes some pretty good stuff. You might need to try something like these that they make with the load resistors built in: https://store.ijdmtoy.com/No-Hyper-F...s-p/20-001.htm

No they didnt, theye were suppose to be resistor free no hyper flashing LED bulbs. I dont want to mount the resistors in bc my car is still under waranty. So there is no LED bulbs with built in resistors?

LED turn signals are a huge pain in the ***. I wouldn't do them unless you got a high quality bulb/unit that had built in resistors.
