I just bought my GS in November... 2013, AWD, Luxury and cold weather package, 60k miles, and I paid $22k for mine. Just another data point for you to consider.

I found a couple of 2013 AWD's with 60k miles range for sale around here that I could possibly get but I thought having less miles will be more helpful in the long run.

I recently bought a '13 F-Sport with 62k miles from a private party in December. He initially had it listed at 27k, but after about a month of negotiation he went down to 22.5k. Car was and is in great condition, apart from some rock chips which I fixed with Dr. Colorchip. He kept all receipts of services done from the dealer in a folder, and was even nice enough to have the 60k mile service done on the day I bought it. Had a pre-purchase inspection done on it as well, and it came back clear. I hope this helps in your future purchase!
