Squeaky breaks

2013 Lexus GS350 why are breaks squeaky after changing the pads and confirming that the discs are in perfect condition

You mean "brakes"?
What model GS350?
What brake pads did you put on ?Did you change the shims and clean and lubricate the pin and parts that contact the pads?
I put on new post service bulletin rotors and Akebono ceramic pads about 2k miles ago and quiet as a mouse with no brake dust to speak of on my 13 GS350 F Sport
