Default Shadow chrome duplicolor

has anyone used this??
i want to shadow all the chrome on the car. I DO NOT want to black it out (Chrome delete) I want a darker shade.
Is this product any good? Or does anyone have a less permanent solution? Wondering if applying tint will achieve the look I'm going for.

Default Chrome Grille Surround

Slightly off subject, but I want to wrap the chrome grille surround on my non-F Sport LS500 in a matt finish black. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if an experienced installer can handle the shape without the splices being noticeable.

Yes, vinyl wrap is the way to go for a darker shade. It's not permanent and offers various darkness levels.

Avoid using window tint; it won't stick to chrome properly and will fail. Pre-cut overlay kits are a good, easier alternative.
