Tried this post a year ago and still don't see any other complaints. I have a 2016 GS 350 with the Luxury package so there are quite a few adjustments for the seats which is nice. However, once or twice a week, the memory positions I have programmed go away and I have to be in Park and select the memory positions again. I turned off the easy exit option because every now and then the seat would just go down to the floor on its own. No one else has been driving the car. The other key fob has not been programmed and is in the other car usually miles away. The dealer claims there is no issue even after l showed them how the seat went to the floor when I drove up. It is annoying to say the least because I usually don't notice until I am driving away and then have to put the car in Park. Has anyone else had the problem and gotten it fixed?
