^That may be the case, I didn't think they would do that. That being said, it was just lexus and the emblem, no dealer name, but it may be the case.

 

The 18 GS350 I just got a month ago came with the projectors but I guess the dealer is the one that put them there since they say "Lexus of Pembroke Pines" lol.... I need to change them with the Lexus or the F-Sport logo, dunno which one to get. Is there a way to just swap the design since the projector is already there? you know, instead of changing the whole light...

 

Not sure what brand your dealership used, but the one sold by Wind Fire has the projector "chips" that you can customize: https://www.windfireauto.com/product/clo-3/

Maybe you can take it out and check how to remove it / branding.

 

Toyota starts putting these in several models, my mom bought a new CHR and it has them in the mirrors also consider adding them to my GS kind of like it :-)

I just got the kit after reading this thread.

You will have to adjust the angle of the projector. Notice the image is distorted toward the end. It should not be like that. I adjusted the angle base on the slope of the door and the image came out 100% focused and no distortion.

 

How easy is this to install? Has anyone done a writeup?

I saw that these come OEM on the GSF and RCF. Is this a true oem part? On ebay they have them for sale. factory courtesy light

 

they're a dealer option for the 10th anniversary models. they're limited editions so soon they'll stop making them. Yes it's a true OEM part.

 

Wow - that is a really inflated price for that courtesy light - i understand they were doing it for the limited edition 10 anniversary GS F and RC F models but $160 for two down firing projector LEDs of that size seems outrageous.

 

I actually contacted my local dealer and he can get me the f sport ones (OEM) for 70.00 installed

 

Hi guys figured while I was here I’m looking for input on getting Borla,Flowmaster or MagnaFlow to get a little more sound not looking for Muscle car sound just a little rumble without drone if possible. Has anyone done anything like that I have a 2019 Es 350 F Sport my goal if possible is to do some mods to get about 35 to 40 hp if that sounds realistic.
