This same issue has just started happening to me too, I have a 13 f sport all wheel drive, it has 65k miles, only notice it on first start when it's really cold, seems to be coming from the front wheels area, almost like diff seizing up or cv joint seizing up, in the next few days I plan on trying to do front diff and rear diff fluid change and see if that helps. All its ever needed so far were oil changes

I'm having the same issue and I hear a sort of rattle when I turn at slower speeds. I searched the forum and saw that it could possibly be caused by the shield around the front rotors being loose. I brought the car to Lexus and they claimed that my rotors are rusty(which they are). I'm gonna change the rotors soon(Indy mechanic) and if the rattle persists I'm bringing it back to Lexus.

I had the same issue with mine, I hate to say it but I think you guys need new rotors. The problem is the rust that builds up on the rotor and pushes on the backing plate causing the grinding/clunking noise when turning. Dealership quoted me $1500 for all new rotors and break pads. I ended up getting the work done at my buddies shop for much cheaper so shop around at reputable shops. I also replaced mine with slotted rotors, no idea why the Lexus ones rust so much. My car was only at 40k miles at that time.

my rotor is like somewhat new. so I don't think its rust that causing the noise

My Lexus dealer told me it's my lowering springs that's making that noise when making a u-turn.
