I just bought a 2016 GS F Sport that was a factory rep's car with 6,400 miles. Atomic silver, black interior, ML, Radar cruise, lane assist, etc. I was putting in the trunk liner and noticed there was no cover over the area where the tools are stored in the trunk. Is there supposed to be one? Storage compartment on the other side does have a cover. Biggest complaint right now is no where to put my sunglasses or phone. I don't know what would fit in the small compartment next to the steering wheel. Technology is somewhat confusing, but after 2 weeks have it all figured out.

Mine was missing a small cover in the center console. Once I brought it to the Dealers attention, they quickly provided a replacement. You may want to try the same.

It's funny you mention the problem with storing sunglasses...me too. I've been forced to just drop them in the center console storage area. Sometimes it's a pain to retrieve them (they get mixed in with the other storage items), but it's the only place that seems to work.
