Default RC 350 F sport rims fit

Hi guys,
Will the RC 350 F sport rims fit my 2014 GS 350 base? Do I have to lower my car if I install these rims?

Here is the detail:
RC 350-inch factory staggered 19 X 8 and 19 x 9

Ah! Same as mine. The handling improvement from my 18" rims squared, when compared to these staggered rims after I installed them was phenomenal! I did not get the F-Sport version because it felt stiff. My old setup was too floaty for me with 18" wheels either, I am so glad I went with these rims, they're perfect as far as comfort - not bouncy or harsh on the ride and I can't wait to lower mine.

Hey thanks. What tires did you put on, and how much for the tires?

I have the bridgestones OEM setup, great tires, super grippy, but these tires are loud. Individually, they are around $200+ each.
