The rear bumper appliqué should be easy to install...because it is not so long as to be cumbersome to center-up and precisely align. Just make sure the area is very clean and totally dry.

I just looked at pictures of the 2016 and a previous year. The lights look like they have an identical "foot print". I did not look at a picture of an "F", but the non F looks like the bumper cover and lower valance are identical to previous years as well.

I can't say for positive they are interchangeable, but they sure look like they are.
