Default Recommendation for an OBD2 device

Can anyone recommend an OBD2 interface device which will work with an iPhone app as a display and allow me to change the setups on my '13 GS250 as well as other Lexus models?

I use Carista and then purchased one of the recommended OBD II adapters recommended by Carista.
