Article says CA doesn't allow audio recording unless both sides agree. But video is not illegal. Lets face it just the video alone would get him fired. I work for a major railroad and all of the company owned plus contractor vans that haul crews to their trains record video inside and outside through the windshield. But they don't record sound.
