Brakes have Loud Squealing
That's the difference between enthusiast and the techs that work on our cars. To them its just a job.

So the only thing the dealer did was "As a one time gesture, we are going to clean your brakes, free of charge." They didn't replace them and said your issue is related to wear and tear. I called Lexus Corporate and they are going to check into it. Suppose to hear back from them today.
Thanks everyone who had helped me!

Hi Guys,
Corporate gave me the usual BS and said the Dealership thinks it's a wear and tear issue. They said the TSB doesn't relate to the issue with my car because the TSB is for constant noise and mine only does it after startup. I only have 14,640 miles on the car.
I currently own a Audi A6 and C-class Mercedes and non of them have this issue. I've bought these cars once so I wanted to try something different and didn't want a BMW. So I went with a GS 350 AWD, Corporate said I can go to a different dealership and said I can "Try my luck". If the dealership agrees with the issue they will honor the TSB.
Issue is, dealerships have no incentive to have this done. They don't make money since the manufacture just sends them the parts. This is why I believe my dealership is doing this. Also, I'm working with a bunch of dumbasses there, I went in during the same time because I have a rattling sound coming from the right front door. I told them about it and they said they fixed it. Picked up my car and it was still making the sound, I turned around and sent it back. he said all they did was test it and tighten something. After that they "replaced" the speaker which I don't believe and said it isn't making the noise. I heard it yesterday again and now I have to setup another appointment. This is so frustrating to deal with. Not a huge Lexus fan right now!
