I don't find it any different than any other car I've owned.

This car is just like any other car but I have found that with a white car the dirt seems to stick on the paint, almost like a stain. This salt is getting annoying though and on top of that we are about to get hi with more snow. On a good note the AWD in this car is still perfect, I always get out of snow with no issue's.

I was able to get mine washed today! What a relief. Hosed it down at the coin-op booth real well, then ran it through the carwash. Just finished spritzing all the drips in the garage. Supposed to flurry/rain tonight/tomorrow, my wife is staying home so I'm going to leave the GS warm and clean in the garage and drive the Jeep...which is still filthy.

That's funny, I just parked my car and didn't drive it with this last storm. Being NM, it melts within the next two days and our road ends up muddy. So I just took my wife's Jeep too! My car remained relatively clean. Jeep not so much...

Yup, same here. They use so much damn salt on the roads they're a mess for a month after 2 inches of snow.

Yikes! Most of our roads they use sand/dirt. So we end up with dirty roads and rock chips!

Edit: The few people with cars here end up with rock chips. Everyone else is in a truck throwing the rocks.

Yeah I noticed the same thing down in WV (we have a family home in southern WV), they use gravel on the roads. Yikes! I'll take the salt!

I snapped this picture from under your car.

PS - Don't ask why I was under your car. I had too much fun last night... And I misplaced my trousers.

PPS - My trousers may be wrapped around your catalytic converter. Would you please take a look?

Yeah I need to move. Cleared the snow off and the GS drove like a champ.

The only thing that helps me is having a garage. This snow has literally made me hate Boston! so far 3ft and just drove car and the car is literally covered in salt will take a pic later today.

Salt is pretty bad right now. It was worse when I had a garage actually. Our garages were in the alley and not everyone would shovel or garbage trucks would compact the snow with permanent ice grooves. Coupled that with piles of snow makes for a crowded drive.
