They are much thicker or what? I sound like a big noob
Double pane glass will make your cars interior quieter. Less wind noise or no wind noise will leak into cabin. It makes a big difference. Ive driven both cars one with and one without double pane and the one with double one is so much better.

It sounds like the exhaust or intake is different when I changed from my 2013 to 2015.

I know the HD radio traffic was talked about on the 2015, but I'd like to point out that it also covers the weather for free as well. I know on the GS with the HD radio service you can even get the radar map, while on my 2013 ES which used the XM radio service you didn't get the radar map. Can't speak for sure about 2013 & 2014 GS radar maps.

The HD radio traffic also covers more roads than the XM radio service did. I know where I live XM only covered the highways. In my 2015 I also get data about many roads. I've only had the car a couple days so I can't speak much on the accuracy yet... It seemed correct last night.

I think the remote app on the cell phone which lets you start and unlock the car is new for 2015 as well.

...oh, and the Navigation system also posts the speed limits on the screen as you drive.

I've noticed my exhaust is getting deeper over time not sure if theres a break in period but i definitely notice a deeper rumble in my garage during morning warm up compared to when i first purchased my 13'GS Lux

2013 GS radar map is worse than any of the old flip phones with the QVGA display; reminded me of the Atari Pong video game of the late 70s. ANY cell phone you get today will blow the pants off it. I found it worthless, and wouldn't use it even if it was free!

As to traffic, you're absolutely right. It covered most of the limited access roads, but anything else was spotty. Would be useful to get if going on a trip, or if your commute route is covered, but mine isn't, so I let the trial expire. Our 2012 Volvo S80 has the free, radio-based traffic display, which is really sweet. Why Lexus ever used the XM-based traffic is beyond me. Then again, a LOT of what they've done in terms of electronics is beyond me.

and the '16 refresh will make '15 buyers feel the same.
You're always chasing newer model features.

I don't know if the F-Sport comes with a HUD.
The HUD on my 2014 AWD is now full colour with Nvai turn indications, plus a few more goodies like showing song title when changing tracks.

My problem is that Lexus chose to omit certain features just so they can add them to subsequent years. Just one eg, my 3GS has LED puddle lights and my 4GS has halogens. I think Lexus is waiting until 2016 to add these, LOL (don't know if 2015s have them). Technology is always changing so that's not really the issue. There's a difference between the addition of new features and the omission of technology Lexus already has (even if buyers are willing to pay for them). I'll end my rant now for fear that this thread will turn into the folding mirror one. LOL.
