Does anyone suggest a good color. I wanted to go black gloss but I keep hearing the you shouldn't. So I'm leaning towards candy red or gunmetal charcoal gloss.

nah, you're like me... we don't like roller coaster rides. coil overs are a god choice, look into RS*R. i am going accu-air, when all my pennies are saved.

I actually went with J5 as they will work with the active suspension.

Looks good. A bit bigger would be nice 1200 is the max width you can post.
