My OCD 25k interior...
My Cabernet interior looks that clean with 16k miles, but I do have the creases on the bolsters that were mentioned earlier. At least they're not dirty creases, since I use Lexol Leather Cleaner and Conditioner every couple of weeks. I look at it as part of the character of real leather.
Update:
I was so impressed with modthispny's 25k interior I purchased Meguiars QID and Leather Masters cleaner, conditioner and dye transfer thingy. My cabernet interior is only at 2.8k but I was starting to see creases in it and the dye from my dark jeans was clearly showing on my front driver's seat.
I took advantage of the long weekend and started w/ the dye transfer on my front seats. Instructions suggest I test it on a non-visible area, but since others in here have used it so I was like "***** it" and just started wiping it everywhere. (Life on the edge, LOL) Immediate results.
I finished the job and am really happy w/ the product and results. The dye is totally gone and the creases are clearly less visible.
Thanks again for sharing!

i also suggest a deep clean with leather masters cleaner and finish with leather masters protectent every 5-6 months.
Dang... Wash hands before driving?
Looks really nice. Yes, start from day 1 is the key. Mine is a lease and I just passed the 25K mark too. Nothing smells better than the new car smell. I'm gonna try to hang on to this as long as possible.
