Ok guys....I was able to get the selling price at 45,622. The money factor is .0015 and the residual is 58%. With 1500 out of pocket, 36 months 10k a year the payments are still over $600. I think 619. What am I missing here guys?

.0015 MF is very high. This is probably around $4,000 in rent charges.

Either your credit is so-so, or they are screwing you. I got MF to .00015 (roughly $440 Rent charge, my credit was fall in to the Tier 1), Even a tier two, should be closer to .0006 for this month.

This is ridiculous, I am paying $580/m with $1,000 Down, and the MSRP of my car was $58,000 and I was upside down on the trade at $1,000

They haven't run my credit, yet. Last time I checked I t was over 700 though. 715 maybe. I don't know what kind of score exactly I would need. They said that lexus is who set the MF not them?

That is why MF is .0015, they playing safe. Tell them to run it, and if you are above 715 (I think) you are a Tier 1 client, and your should be able to get MF at .0006 or even less (if you really want to hustle)

Also ask them about a rebate! There is $1250 till June2

With MSRP of $49,300
Selling Price of $45,600
Minus $1250 Rebate so you only paying $44,350,
with MF.0006,
$1500 Down,
Tax $2,700
you should be around $515/m,

The 45622 is with the rebate included. Should or could I ask for lower?

its up to you. The payment would go up to, $550 with .0006MF.

I would get another $1,000 OFF and demand a Lower MF

That's too much! At that MSRP u should be paying much cheaper than me. My credit score was only 710 at the time.

Should be interesting for me as well. I got married last year and inherited a boatload of debt. My FICO is 710. Is that the one they check? Equifax, Transunion and Experian range fro, 715 to 732

Tomorrow I will make the final deal. Those numbers sound about right, I'll drop the $1,000 conquest on them at the end (I just turned in another mfgr lease)

True.
I believe dealers use Transunion in NJ.
True also on Transunion usually being the highest score with Experian next.Equifax is usually the lowest score.

So I'm thinking of presenting this to the dealer: (using some of your #'s)

$59,376 MSRP
$54,384 Invoice
- 1,250 rebate
- 1,000 conquest
$52,134 Selling Price
MF .0006
Residual 68%
Fees? $1500 (guess.. any ideas?)

Using that excellent lease calculator, it works out to $588 a month with tax and fees rolled in

You just saved me $30+ a month!
