I was dealing with the internet sales manager. LOL
I see you edited out the name (that's good)... They wasted an hour of my life, moping around, just to tell me they couldn't do it.

GL finding 2013's deal. There might be a few reasons why they still have those while other dealerships sold out.

I'm not sure you went to all the dealerships around the area yet but I had great exp with a guy...drove all the way from Sac to purchase the car from him. PM me if you want his contact, you might have already dealt with him though.

There's only one dealership in Santa Clara, Lexus of Stevens Creek, but numerous Internet Sales Managers:

Before buying the new 2013 , I was in the market for the used one , and steven creek had one black sport version for $44k with 18k miles

Initially they started out for $48k (lol)

By chance I was in the store on the day, when they were loading the car to go back to auction , and I meet this Internet sale manager on the floor

That 15 min conversation could be classified as the buyers dream conversation , cause nothing he could said to convince me to pay the $44k he was asking for . All I had to do is to point out the fact that car is been towed away to auction

Lol

In the end I put him out of misery by saying "not interested"

BTW..they wouldn't honor the price!

Serramonte and Pleasaton gave me a better price but I loss out on the $1500 rebate for 2013 for the "December to Remember."

No doubt about the "Decemebr to Remember."

I heard that a lot of the GS350 models sit on the lot for over 6 months.

I am going to wait towards quarter end and see what can of deal I can get on a 2014 GS.

Thanks guys for all your help.

Just wanted to let you know what is up over at this dealership.

Salesperson may be a new hire, he obviously does not look very experienced.

LOL

Even tenured sales staff these days often don't know their product. You pay so much to go in and get some sales people who have no business being in sales.
