Honestly I have owned many german cars like you have but once I change them to performance pads they squeek I.e hawks pads they squeel even louder but its ok I can live with that knowing my car will stop on a dime once needed.

I had Hawk HPS pads with cross-drilled rotors on my G35 sedan and not only were they quiet, but they dusted less than OEM and lasted way, way longer.

"lexus is great when it comes to issues like this", they would "help" me with them. i personally feel if you sell the car you should own up to something like this and/or take the car back and/or offer a replacement or something. essentially they said they could give me the most residual value for my car but would still up my payment on a new one. just crazy that i've had for 7 months and had it in 5 times for same thing. thinking of printing out a 15 ft banner and standing in front of the dealer that reads "squeaky break cars sold here" just blows they way they handled this. so now its on to lexus to see how they will handle.
brakes, not breaks

try Hawk HP+ if you want the nastiest screeches and brake dust you've ever encountered. But they do bite like a beast. I only used them on my track Evo and i would occasionally swap them into my g37sedan for fun on a weekend track day when the Evo was MIA.

Always try bedding in pads and rotors first to ensure rotors are evenly coated. There is no guarantee that the technicians do anymore than a simple functional test after they change out brake components. Nothing to lose in trying, right?

What are you using to clean the wheels? Do you take it to an automatic carwash?

if the TSB has been done and the brakes are still squealing something else is up. It could very well be a wheel cleaner that you or your carwash is using, I've had this happen before.

I looked at glendale and keyes. keyes had the car i wanted. liquid platinum on black with illuminated sills. nothing too fancy. anyway glendale said they would get me the same car so i went with glendale as they are close to home. thought deal was good but now realize was just ok. 2k down 590 prmnth for 27 mnths. within a month my front brakes were squealing at low crawl in traffic pretty embarrassing. Since May i've brought in 5 times for the same problem. My service advisor jacob does what he can. It got to the point that I've video'd on my phone when it happens as they can never "replcate". they said i had to call lexus on my own and get a fts tec out to look at it. anyway where it stands now is i still love the look of the car and im going in today to glendale and going to see if they are going to be stand up and get me out of this lemon in to another gs. If not im going to lemon law case with lexus and seems as though longo has been cutting great deals. will update also thought about just getting out of lexus in general but trying to give it one more shot

This is the first I have heard of squeaky brakes. Our 13' GS350 is dead quiet when braking. Seems silly to call a car a lemon over this. Makes me wonder what kind of techs they have at the dealer you're bringing the car too.

This is a problem with every lexus car OP, idk why people are in here defending lexus and acting like its ok. Its def not ok for a brand new car regardless of price to have squeaky brakes.

Lexus does some things great but squeaky brakes are just one of the things they cant seem to fix

I've never had a Lexus with squeaky brakes...and I've had a bunch. Warping rotors sure but not squeaky brakes.
