will be similar to the GS concept, which i just noticed has the IS front LED's!

I really hope the 2015 full-fledged GS-F looks like that.

It'll probably come in some mid cycle refresh, the E class just came so GS shouldn't be too far behind.

Always been a fan of the LF-Gh. Would love to see the GS gain more similarities comes refresh next model year. At least for 2014 it got the 8-Speed on RWD models

The E Class was older than the 4GS, that design came out in 2010. We won't see a mid-cycle on the GS until 2016 probably.

I hope so! That's when my lease ends. A refresh will just make me want the new one before the lease ends on my current one. lol.

Is it possible to eventually throw on the spindle grill at a later time?

It should be possible depending on how much is done at the MCR. My guess is you'd have to replace the whole front clip and lights.

After reading all the preferences for the "IS F type" spindle grill, I am definitely in the minority by liking the current grill on the GS better. I appreciate that Lexus is defining a new styling language for itself, but particularly with the RC and NX, I believe the front grill becomes much too prominent. It almost doesn't matter what styling features come behind the grill for the rest of the car. Your eyes stop before they survey the entire package. Will this exaggerated grill design continue to be fresh in years to come? Is Lexus generating classics, or just a design that will become stale and be replaced in the next generation of cars?
