Well, this is an old thread - our GS450h is about to turn into an Enform/Safety-Connect pumpkin in May, and I am leaning toward the SOS feature, mostly because my wife drives this one most of the time. To be fair, we have never used the SOS button yet, and we are retro in that our cell phones are T-Mobile pay-as-you-go (no data plan) - a novel idea for simply talking on a phone. So, in our case, Enform is an unused novelty, which I am sure is nice - but not for us.
SOS - somehow, from reading the comments in this section and others, Lexus Enform is a mixed bag that could be better and less expensive. To each their own.
