Default Setting default drive mode to Sport or Sport +

I drive mostly in these 2 modes and it's terribly inconvenient having to dial in these modes every time I get into the car.

Anyone knows of a way to set the default to either of these 2 modes?

Not that we have found...

It does seem strange. I remember in my Dad's old LS's you could put it in "ECT PWR" and it would lock that way, but snow mode would reset each time...which makes sense...

As I understand it, the only settings that will default are Normal and Eco because those are the gas savers and automakers now have to meet certain EPA standards for MPG. It's the same reason the seat heaters/coolers have to be turned on every time. Saves gas.

If I turn off my car my seat coolers go off and I have to turn them on again when I start it up. If I turn my seat heaters on to the max (setting 3), 30 minutes later they are down to setting 1. I think this all has to do with the gas savings requirement. Annoying.

From what i got from my seat warmers are when the seats get to a certain temperature (i think the set temp of the heater) it turns down by itself... climate seat control, not sure but that was my personal experience and my body was at perfect temp all the time!

There was a thread that talked about this somewhere. Iirc when the car is in Eco the seat heaters come on automatically based on the temp. Also I think you can have the heated/ventilated seats programmed to stay on when you restart the car by the dealer.
