Default Mirrors don't tilt down anymore

When backing up, my mirrors are no longer tilting downwards. They just suddenly stopped doing it. I didn't play with any settings and I couldn't find anything in the menus. Anyone know why they would suddenly stop doing that? any way to put them back on?

Sorry - I admittedly did not read all of the manual and I am bored at work so I thought I'd make a thread!

One of the side mirror adjustment needs to be active for them to tilt while in reverse

for some reason when you have service done, the techies touch everything and you wind up having to reset it. lights, mirrors, etc. you think they would make sure everything is back to the way you had it.

It is a good idea to read the owners manual. I found out a lot about my car and simple issues just as this. It is much quicker!
