drove the car to work this morning at 7:30 am. time to go home after a long dayyyy. I went to parking garage and start the car.. WTF!!! and it was so cold. I have to call my wife. I'm so sick of this car. I bought LEXUS because I want a very reliable car. after changed ECM unit and 1 new battery. My car is 2015 with only 4,500 miles....

When they changed the battery did they put in another OEM battery? If so, I would try a different manufacturer's battery, perhaps from Autozone, etc. I sympathize with your frustration. I would be too.

Dealer just replaced my battery in my 9 month old '15 RX with 4K miles under warranty. The RX does short trips which isn't good for the battery and oil for that matter.
I'm going to charge it once a month as recommended by someone.
I was surprised to hear the majority of batteries are usually only at 50%-60% charged.Short trips and sitting with the parasitic draws gets those numbers lower.

There is a Lemon law - use it, or at least threaten to use it...

Work with the dealer, the lemon law in CA at least allows them 3 chances to fix the issue, or a total of 45 days for repairs in first 18 months of ownership. My original gs300 (06 model) was purchased back by lexus after I pointed out to the dealer that my car spent 55 days getting rattles fixed. Yes...rattles. I drove it for almost 18 months and got refunded my entire purchase.

I would not try any thing other than dealer.

Short trips, long trips.....it should behave properly regardless of trips / use patterns

I'm sorry, but this pure B.S. that you're going through! You would think with such a reliable brand, there would be nothing to worry about.

I honestly would have quit driving the car a lot sooner (especially if you have a 2nd car that you can use) so that you don't rack up miles and just dropped it off at the dealership after speaking to corporate (as EyeKutr suggested). Demand that they put you in a NEW car IF they can't diagnose and fix the problem with yours.

So you experienced the problem for the first time when you had only 4,500 miles? sheesh!

G'luck and keep us informed of your progress. Hope it works out for you.

Call the Assistant Service Manager or the Service Manager - they have the title of 'service manager' for a reason. They are to satisfy client's immediate needs with high integrity, and to deal with any unusual and unique issues with the end result of satisfying the customer. Tell him/her nicely (but firmly) that you want this problem fixed now, once and for all...without the bullsh^t responses you've been getting from the service advisor(s) about needing to drive the car more often. You simply cannot (and will not) have a new car that is undependable. (The problem is a known problem to Lexus.) Tell him/her that you don't want to have to go to Lexus corporate to get results, or to seek the results you deserve legally...but you will if you have to.

Oil once a month..???

I seriously hope not...!!

If your RX is running conventional oil it's every 5k miles or once a year..
Checking the oil once a month is a good idea..

If you'd RX is running factory recommended synthetic oil, it's going to be 10k miles or once a year.
Checking the oil once a month is a good idea.

Happy Holidays

Consumer protections are not so trendy in the south, sadly. Buyer be ware :/.

But...for financed vehicles.

Alabama does provide lemon law returns based on these parameters.
Every vehicle intended primarily for use and operation on the public highways which is self-propelled. Excludes motor homes or any vehicle with a GVW of 10,000 pounds or more.
Repair Interval and Coverage Period
3 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service.
1 year or 12,000 miles
