Thank you for your explanation, it makes perfect sense to me now.
Lexus=No Chip. End of discussion.

You want power? Then spend the money and go F.I.

Yeah, I think I've seen a few of those in those souped-up Mark X cars.

Anyways:
Yeah it seems in-line with the probable idea that adding two of these things to a 2UR-GSE engine will give you the "more than 500 horses" needed for a Lexus GS-F

However:
@natnut
I have a question:
Since It's an official product (made by Toyota group), it means it will 100% work with any 2GR engine without trouble? Also, will adding this void the warranty of your vehicle? Or will it be allowed (i.e. you can say that it's still a legal modification since the product or item used comes from the manufacturer itself)???

I only know of this supercharger from the Toyota website but I have no first hand knowledge of this product.

My best guess is that this sc is officially only for the Crown and Mark X so even though they share the same engine as the GS350, putting it on will probably involve some ecu hacking and will definitely void warranty. I'm sure there are some Toyota tuners in Philippines/Singapore who CAN do it but I would wait for Lexus to list this as official F-sport accessory in my country before even contemplating it.
