Mine is in the shop for the second day in a row. I just sent "Graf...."'s post to my service adviser. Hopefully it provides them some direction, because yesterday they weren't very confident what it was.

That didn't seem to be Graf's problem as his rattle was still there.
I'm still waiting to take mine in until I know they have found something definitive.

I think the lower part of the door panels are not well attached. If you open the door and pound your fist gently along the bottom, I've found the whole panel to be loose. I don't know if it wedges itself tight in the closed position, tho.

I have a rattle that is driving me crazy. It sounds just like one of those clear Bic Pens is being jiggled around, know what I mean? It is very subtle, but I hear it. It is intermittent though. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not. I cannot locate where it is coming from. I even had my bro drive the car and I put the seat flat and laid on my back with my head under the dash to try to locate it, but could not find it!

I don't know if my analogy will garner any similar experiences but I would love to find out what the heck it is!!

I have the description written on the repair order they gave to me when I signed for the car.. See Below:

"3814 DOOR WINDOW SWITCH BEZEL 67099 AND 71199 T-1-62 T-2-14 . 3 PER PIECE 0.60 REMOVED AND REPLACED WINDOW SWITCH BEZEL WHICH WAS MAKING CONTACT WITH INSIDE OF DOOR PANEL AND SEAT BELT ADJUSTER WHICH WAS RATTLING INTERMITTENTLY. FPNS: 73024-33030-A1 and 74204-30100"

Hope that helps anyone else out there with the same problem.
Grafnburgz, did that fix your problem permanently? I had the same noise and sent it in. They ordered parts, which I assume was for the same fix as you, and installed them. The car was finally quiet. A month after the repair, the noise has reappeared as it initally was. Is yours gone for good or has it reappeared? Thanks.

I have the slight rattle from the driver side window. I tried adjusting the height of the seatbelts and that didn't help. I also have the rattle from the passenger seat when no one is sitting in it. I will have this checked out at my 5,000 mile service. Both are really minor when I blast the Mark Levinson.

I have that same passenger seat rattle when no one is in it. Have you figured it out?

No, but I'll soon start picking up hitchhikers just so I don't have to hear it.

I just went out to the garage to lower the seat and adjust the seatbelt height. I'll let you know after I drive it if it makes any difference.

Lowering the passenger seat slightly and adjusting the seat belt height seems to have corrected the problem, at least for now. I don't hear it anymore.

Hey guys,

Update: After first service, rattle was gone for a few days, maybe a week... came back. Waited a month, and second trip back in and they took apart B-pillar and placed a "noise kit" in there claiming a seat belt clip was loose. They were quite proud when they gave it back to me..... Next day, heard it again unchanged.

I told them I'm gonna let it ride until the next service and they can look at it again. I'm sure it's the same rattle everyone has... a subtle metallic or plastic vibration when you hit bumps, intermittent, but only if it hit it just right.... drives me nuts.

Rattle in the rear sunshade.
When it's down it'll rattle on a bumpy road. Soon as I raise it, quiet as can be.

Started hearing it occasionally at 8,000 miles. Now at 10,000 it's almost all the time.

Dealer tried "tightening the rails" last week, no luck. Will be back in a week to try again.
