regionally ads Fee?

hi, for anyone who has already bought the new car, do you have to pay regional ads Fee? looks like here in la ca is about $740, that is a lot...
Does this fee still apply for special Order? I know for bmw ed program, this fee is not there....

are you referring to paying the amounts that are listed on the advertisements?
