I've been trying to get a quote for sparkplugs replacement, and all SoCal dealers are around $1250. One Toyota dealer quoted me $1049 today, which is still more than expected.
By looking at it, 3 plugs are fairly easy to get to, but the other 3 look like PITA.
Where do you guys take your GS to, for service like that? I'm about 30 minutes north of LA.
I got quoted over $900 at my local Lexus dealer during my last oil change. I purchased the plugs from Bell Lexus for about $87 and did it myself last Friday following DIY Dan's video. It was pretty easy, it just takes time. The most difficult thing, which wasn't really difficult, just time consuming was the bolt to the coil pack on the driver's side front plug. It's partially under the plenum, but Dan covers that. I used a wrench to break it loose as Dan did and then used my fingers to spin it out the rest of the way because there isn't much room to spin the wrench. I added a bit of dielectric grease to the plug tips as well where Dan does not. I saved over $800 doing it myself. I didn't time it, but it probably took a little over an hour and I took my time. I'm happy with it.

Same as above. I used the Dan video. Easy to follow. I think he has the wrong torque spec for the spark plugs though, so double check that.
if you’re not comfortable doing it yourself, you should still be able to take your car to any trusted mechanic. There isn’t anything about the process that is Lexus specific that would necessarily require you to take it to a dealership.

I read about the torque specs in the comments after watching the video prior to doing the work. Dan used 23ft/lbs, I set my torque wrench to 20ft/lbs and gave it a little extra oomph until it felt snug.
Glad you posted this. I thought 23# was a bit much and another noted 20# which may be a bit much. I remember in honda being 16#. Not having FSM for Lexus, was going to keep it at 16# also.
