I have a 2014 gs 350 great car until recently.
Car does not charge , installed new battery and alternator. The car will start but very light on dash cars on, I have checked all the fuses and cleaned all grounds from fuse block to battery.
Cannot get a reading on the code reader .
I tried to upload a video, but the file is too large. The dash sequence tells me to check,brake , steering , power steering , ,awd system ..
I am at wits end ,any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Check the wires also. Most of the time the issue is corrosion/resistance within the wires and connection points. The other time is the actual part. Tighten things down correctly.
The alternator circuit should get 12.ish volts then jump to around 13-14v when running. If the circuit is getting less than 12v due to corrosion, you have to pinpoint the culprit.
Get a cheap multi meter if you don't have one. Should read somewhere above 13 volts at the barrey terminals when running. Make sure they are clean. If voltage isn't ar 13 or above your alternator has bit the bullet. If you have the correct voltage at the battery when running the battery is done. All those warnings sure sound like a classic low voltage problem.

Seen this before, what exact battery? Where did you get it from?
More than a few threads here in past and other Lexus models. Saying new battery is correct and good. But turned out it was the battery. Few other had Rodents chew wires, and/or bad connection. Always start with knowing the Battery is correct and test good. Just because it's new means nothing with this problem. Sounds like you have a low voltage or low amps condition.
