I have a 2019 GS 350 and love the car!
I would like to upgrade my headlights to the gs f/ gs 450 Triple LED OEM lights. I read that there may be some issues as it is not a direct plug and play. I read somewhere I would need a harness, other places I need a specific ballast. Although I would love to make this upgrade I need to know exactly what I will need to get them running correctly. I have seen some conversions on here already and understand this is possible but I would like to know in detail where to find the right parts before I pull the trigger and buy the Triple OEM LED lights on ebay.

@maxlegends welcome! See my post and the accompanying thread linked below. A few members with a refreshed 2016+ GS have done the swap. You're looking at around $4500-$5000 for OEM triple beam headlamp conversion if you're going through a dealer for parts:
