Are they a direct plug and play swap? 2013 GS350 luxury, the 12.3 infotainment screen works fine but is obviously low resolution. From some eBay sleuthing, it looks like the same plugs on the back, but I don’t know if the video signal would only display on part of the screen or do some funky compression/stretching type thing, or what. I definitely wont be going through to trouble to swap headunits like you did, but getting a slightly better screen in the dash would be kind of nice.

You just simply need a 16 and up radio and screen + the required video harness.
