2013 GS 350, power seat isn't working, checked fuses and disconnected and reconnected everything I could see under the seat (no loose connections). Is there anything else to go over or it sounds like motor replacement?

All functions are non-working
Does not make any noise
Not sure when it stopped working but it was not during use

Try hitting your seat presets one at a time and see if there is any movement.
This happened to me and the presets helped get it out of a jammed position.
Wish you luck with that.

Will do, hoping this is it, sounds like a cheap fix

EDIT - Realized I don't have preset for passenger, just driver.

In his1st post they said they checked the fuses.

What seat types do you have for the passenger side? Standard or the Luxury package?

Since all functions don't work (instead of just one motor) it might point to something else.

I believe Standard (I don't have memory seats available for passenger and my vehicle is also missing luxury package add ons such as HUD etc..)

Lexus tried to 'Reset / Calibrate' seat and no luck, they didn't have time to further investigate. I asked to get a quote on the motor and service rep was baffled as he has never seen that issue before (8yrs with Lexus)
