The 2017 gs f sport has pretty hard headrests. There was a 2014 IS at junkyard picked the headrest and its soft. Also the GS headrest has adjustable options back/forward the IS one doesn’t. But IS one also weighs like 5 times less. Paid 16$ for it. Driving is pretty comfortable when leaning back now. Here is picture driver side IS headrest passenger side stock GS headrest.

Lux package headrests have butterfly style sides that bend out to kinda cradle your head, those are the only ones I’d consider swapping out for.
