Default Battery and vehicle Storage

So, next year I'll be taking my GS off the road for about a year or so. As I'll be driving my new vehicle once I get allocation and a delivery date (currently a year out). No, it isn't another Lexus as much as I thought it would be.

Here's my list of things to do or be aware of.

- Battery tender with a CTEK
- Fuel stabilizer and will try to drive it 3-4 times out of the year
- Overinflate tires to avoid flat spots. Might just raise the vehicle

Any concerns with removing the battery completely? I know I can regain access to the vehicle, but I am unsure of any issues when I eventually replace the battery in regards to factory security systems.

Anything that I am missing or should be aware of?

Thanks in advance.
