Default Need help finding bushings + LCA bushings

I'm trying to find some poly sway bar bushings and LCA bushings. I am so lost as to what LCA bushings I should be looking for. I'm seeing multiple different kinds/versions and I'm stumped.

Can someone link me to the correct LCA bushings and what the best sway bar bushings are, please?

Why would you want polyurethane bushings? Those are mainly for track cars, I personally wouldnt use them on a daily driven cars as they squeal a lot. Every bump you hit you will hear squealing if the urethane isnt fully lubed up. If you want better handling upgrade the sway bars or atleast just the front one.

Sways - anything, just MAKE SURE that you order the correct size (sway bars vary, measure yours).
LCA - RC-F/GS-F.

Other bushings - whatever. I run poly at the rear, other than the actual subframe bushings (new IS-F ones there) and the diff (really ought to do them, still original and not in good shape... 380k km on the clock). No squeals in 4 years and ~120k km - including in the winter slush (snow/salt/thegoodstuff). YMMV.

What are you trying to do?

For the front lower control arm rear bushings, there are a lot of options -- RR Racing, FIGS, Superpro, Think Designs, and you can also replace with the slightly harder bushings from the GS-F / RC-F. The RR Racing "USRS" bushing kit comes with some additional adjustability for caster, which they suggest can provide additional steering feel improvement. If you go with the GS-F / RC-F bushings, they come in 3 different offsets in case your car has out of spec caster, but most folks just go with the standard 0 offset. Those part numbers are:

GSF / RCF LCA Bushing Upgrade
P/S 48075-24010
D/S 48076-24010

The above GS-F / RC-F bushings are an in-between upgrade for the stock bushing -- it will help some with inner edge tire wear, and will improve steering response, and will also have a small (possibly imperceptible to some folks) impact on vibration and road feel. Full poly bushings should improve steering response even more than the GS-F / RC-F bushings, and the USRS kit from RR Racing, I would think, would be even a step above just a full poly bushing, but each step up would likely increase vibration and small impact harshness.

I swapped out bushings for the RC-F / GS-F set at about the same time I replaced some old (7+ years old) tires, so my overall ride definitely improved when I installed the bushings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering replacing their LCA bushings; if you want the best road feel and handling, you might want to look at the other manufacturers though.

Did you lube them properly? I've ran them in hell probably 15 cars now and no noise. Even after 50k miles. Hell I'm running figs adjustable endlinks which are rod end style and still not a noise. Just as quiet as oem.

My last car was poly everything. It got tracked but still didnt make a noise.

Just what I needed. Thank you so much, I really appreciate the time. Anything to get for the rear? @CruzinGS
