Probably worth checking with your scanner's instruction manual, but my random googling suggested that those are possibly sub-menus, and you may have codes stored for control module $7E8, which is the engine PCM, and $7E9 which is the transmission PCM. Or there may not be codes for either module. Can you try selecting each module and clicking the "Go" or similar button?

Also, are there any specific symptoms you are trying to diagnose? Is the "Check Engine" / "Malfunction Indicator Lamp" on?

If your codes got dollar signs $ then surely it is expensive to repair

As cruzin suggested read your scanners owners manual as those are not lexus/toyota codes. Drive it to your closes auto parts store and see if they will let you use their scanner.
