Turn only rear wheels on AWD

I'm trying to replace the rear rotors on 07 gs350. They are hanging up on the emergency brakes. I put it in neutral so I could turn the rotors to align the slot in the rotor with the emergency brake adjuster, but the wheels won't turn. The entire rear of the car is off the ground. Do I have to have all 4 wheels off the ground to turn the rear wheels? Thanks for any help

No they should be able to slip they are not locked to the front wheels, but rather clutches.
