Just joined as i picked up a 07 GS350 the other day. It has 154K miles on it. This is the 1st Lexus ive own coming from the Honda family. Hope to learn a lot here. Any advice what I should do 1st for maintenance wise and performance, suspension?

 

Oil and filter / gasket change.
Engine air filter.
Put fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank
Clean MAF / Throttle body.
Check / change coolant.
Change PCV valve.
Change VVTI filter.
Differential fluid.
Check / change transmission fluid.
Change fuel pump filter / prefilter.
