Question 2006 GS300 RWD -- Engine Mount -- Question

Is there any special things I should know or look out for when attempting and engine mount replacement on a 2006 gs300 RWD? I am semi-capable with somewhere between basic and mid level tools. I.E.: Does an oil filter need to be moved so its better to do an oil change while at it? Is there a subframe in the way or something like that? etc.

Should I be placing anti-seize or something between the engine mount body and bracket on the car to prevent galvanic corrosion? I'm on the far east coast of Canada, so salt in the winter is a major thing.

Or is this then best left to the PROs?

I already have the engine mounts. I'm on a budget so I bought the Anchor 9969 mounts.
