I just bought an updated navigation dvd for my 2008 gs 350 and it won't read the disc and I can't eject it from the glove box. I think I am screwed. Disconnected the battery cable to reset but no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance...👍

 

Have tried pressing the hidden button? While at start up, press on the right top corner of the screen. This should eject the dvd
