Anyone having a 3rd generation GS upgraded their headlights to an LED with DRL, and more?
I would be interested if you have any recommendations? websites? pictures?

I would also ask, if you did upgrade, did your GS have headlight auto-leveling and AFS, and were those retained in the new lights?

Every GS has auto levelling. There is an HID fog light/LED DRL combo assembly but only available on JDM cars. It is possible to install them but with a lot of modifications in the wiring, and they cost a fortune.

There's however an option I discovered, which seems to be the only viable one: XenonDepot has developed a driver which works with their 9005 bulb to properly dim the bulb in DRL mode without flickering, for the Toyota 4Runner. But we can guess easily enough every Toyota and Lexus vehicle use the same circuit/management. They are the only ones to be able to do this I know of. I sent messages to GTR Lighting, Supernova and Morimoto and they don't support any high beam/DRL combo as for now. It's just relatively expensive because you have to buy the optional drivers to delete the flickering. So they should work on a GS too.
