Question Power issues urgent help

My 2007 Lexus GS450H broke down the other day and wouldn't start, got it recovered to my work (Toyota dealership) techs had to push it into workshop. It wouldn't crank over only the MG motor was making noise, had error codes P3190 - P3190 also computer read bank 1 & 2 running lean.

Thought it might be high pressure fuel pump, but changed that and have managed to get it it started and driving, however when speeding up I can feel the power holding back at 60 - 70mph and not able to push it faster!

was hoping someone could shed some light on this?

Maybe this is the low-pressure fuel pump in the tank that is going out or has a clogged filter? I don't know if it is possible but you should have its pressure checked.

I dont know much about hybrids, but if the cars regular engine is not cranking over then its most likely not a fuel issue. But more of an electrical issue. It could be low voltage to the battery, did you try jump starting it with another vehicle? It could be bad terminals, key fob, or the starter.

If I understood correctly, the car now starts but loses power when going over 60 mph (I replied accordingly)
