Default 2007 gs350 touch screen question

I tried to search but I didn't come across something similar.
Recently, as in the past few months, I noticed my touch screen not working. At least some of it. I think this happened when I had the battery changed/tire changed. Not sure which as both was done like within a day or so of each other. So I thought maybe memory was erased...
When I turn on the car, it says my BT phone connects, but no BT symbol or signal strength meter.
I still have radio channels presets, so if power was taken off, I should've lost that?
Here's what happening. the buttons surrounding the screen does work. Mine doesn't have Navigation.
BUT when I select INFO button, and the car is in ACC, I can hit all over the INFO screen and nothing will happen. BUT if the car is RUNNING, it'll add "LEXUS Park Assist" just to the left of the Screen Settings button, causing it to move to the right. Now, If I press 90% anywhere on the screen, It triggers the Screen Settings button. And once in the screens settings, I can trigger the "automatic transition" and "Switch color" to OFF/GOLD but can't move it back to ON/BLUE. Nothing else will work on that screen or any other screens I try and switch to.

Is there a way to reset the screen? I tried removing the battery for about 30seconds. But that didn't seem to do anything. Is there something else I can try?
