Dont know much about those. Thought they were more of a Honda brand. BC racing have heard are good. But in general coil overs make the ride rough. All coilovers will be that way. I wouldn't recommend them if you commute, unless you really like the slammed look and don't care.

I'm lowered on Eibach pro kit and KYBs. About a 1.5 inch drop and definitely more stiff, but the ride is not jarring.

Good luck

Coilovers can make the ride just as comfortable if not more. But you gotta pay. Any cheap coilover is gonna bounce, or any spring.
BC br series coilovers with swift springs on my car is just as smooth as the stock ride when set to soft. The coilovers are 1,000 and swift spring option is another 250-300 tho. My care is slammed all 4 tires tucked and my care rides great.
If you are looking to lower it remember the whole rear geometry changes with even a small drop like on springs. Id recommend rear camber arms at minimum with any lowering. If going more than half and inch you would want to get adjustable lower rear arms and traction links.

But isnt BC racing a bigger company that is located in US, and they make their own products. Also their products are pretty much interchange/universal components that they piece together. So finding replacement parts would be easier imo. You can also custom order your own coilovers to your specifications for free. If you wanted a hard ride or softer pretty sure they can custom make that for you. Also rebuilding this is big, in that if you ever hit a pothole and destroy 1 shock having that easily rebuilt vs buying a complete set from other companies.
