Hi Guys,

I have read through the post on similar topics but have the following questions for those who may have used the unit.

I recently installed a Android 8.1 (was supposed to be 9 but have contacted supplier) Tesla like display.

Has anyone had success connecting it to their Mark Levinson Amp? I dont know how with the sockets/plugs supplied......

There are also some plugs that dont appear to plug into any of the sockets provided. I have included pictures and circles the plugs im not sure about.

That said, everything seems to work fine. I ahve had issues with the unit blinking on and off on occasion. It doesnt completely power down. Screen and sound cut off then return a few seconds later. Will happen half a dozen times over a minute or two then seem fine for the rest of the trip....really strange.....

Finally, I saw someone was able to find the OEM camera controller in a 2006 GS430, the 2007 doesnt seem to have the same wiring and i seem unable to find wiring diagrams. Have also included some photos of the same location of where the camera controller would have been in a 2006. I believe in the 2007 it may have been actually in the headunit itself.

Was purchased from Pheonix Automotive.

Anyways, if anyone has any ideas or tips that would be great I am very new to this and have no experience doing this sort of thing but wanted to give it a go!

These 2 plugs dont attach to anything....

2006 GS430 would have television/camera controller here but different wiring on my 2007

Notice the black cable circled on the left was taped and not actually connected to the OEM Headunit. Any ideas on what this would have been for....


In and working. I need to work on the bracket to get a improved fit.....

Cant seem to get the unit to just run the aircon on feet and not face.....

 

Did you ever figure out where the Television Camera Control module was? I'm running into the same issue on a Japanese 2006 GS 450h. Also, I can't seem to get the AC controls to work properly. Thanks.
